AuxMOD back in stock

The Sylfex Auxmod is back in stock! This module plugs into your radio's tape deck plug and gives you a line-in jack for your MP3 player/iPod. $60 + shipping. I have one in my Mazda3, and just ordered one for my angry banana. He always sells out in a matter of days, so if you want one you'd better jump on it.

are you absolutely certain of that? because all the other aux connectors require the disconnection of the satellite radio to plug them. I don't have a tape, but I have the 6 cd disc changer that I don't mind disconnecting.

Yeah i'm sure, there are 2 places on the radio to hook extra stuff up- in the back where the external 6 disc changer or satellite radio hooks up, and then there's the plug that this thing uses which is on the bottom of the radio. It's what the factory minidisk/tape deck would plug in to.

Example of where the Sylfex goes:

The factory sat/cd changer goes in one of these 2 white plugs:

I just bought this and it took like 15 mins to install, very easy.
I keep my AUX cable hidden under the middle panel and whenever I want to use it I just pull it out from behind the little piece that pops out next to the cup holders

Had you read the section in the Frequently Asked Questions thread on auxiliary inputs, you would have found this link. You cheap bastard.
