Hi all , Just installed audiolink about a week ago, great sound, but now have started to get like static noises through the speakers every other second , it is really annoying, has anyone else had this trouble and is there a cure. Any help would be greatfully received.

I have had no such issues with my Audiolink.

 

weird, never heard of this. might want to check with therpmstore

 

Do you keep your cell phone close to the audio link control unit? The [hone signal can interfere with the audio link and cause noise.

 

Sorry to revive this dead thread but I've also started getting this weird static problem with my audio link module. It was working great for 5 months and now my left channel sound is all distorted and full of static. The connections are all good and there were no changes from the last time it worked correctly till now. The only thing that has been done is the car has been sitting for 3 weeks in the cold without me using the audiolink system.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

 

I picked up a faint noise recently on mine...I recorded it and have yet to post it or anything...I'll upload it tonight to see if its the same noise you have...

 

I installed audiolink in my car a couple days ago. It worked well the first day. Now even when the radio is OFF!! I hear a constant shhh static from my speakers. Wtf.. I checked the headunit and made sure I plugged everything back in well. I even took out the audiolink and it stilled made the static noise even with the radio off. Any suggestions?
