AudioLink with iPhone

I installed the AudioLink this weekend on my cx-7, and while I can skip tracks on my iPhone from the steering wheel controls, audio does not come through the dock connection to the stereo, instead coming out of the iphone speaker. If I connect the AudioLink headphnoe jack to the iPhone, then I get audio through the stereo, but with some noise if the dock connector is connected to the iPhone.

IPods work perfectly without the headphone jack.

I know of at least one person who's iphone works fine with the AudioLink, they are running 1.0.3 on the iPhone. I am running 1.1.4. If your iPhone works properly with the AudioLink, could you post what version of iPhone software you're running?

thanks much.
Bill

Mine works no problem, use it every day through the dock connector. Running version 1.1.3

have any of you guys checked the voltage coming from the audiolink?

I never got a chance to, which is why I haven't plugged my iphone in more often.

Thanks for all the comments everyone. The RPMStore sent me a replacement AudioLink (without making me remove the one I had first, good on them) and everything works fine now. 1.1.4 was not the issue, just a bad AudioLink. Strange that it worked with Ipods....
