progress pics looks great, i cant wait to see this on a 8 even though it is not functional...after i see it finished i would consider this?

i actually bought a second hood to do this mod. if there is a shopp out there that would be interested in doing it i would be glad to let them use it. i guess i can check around locally too.

Thank you for being patient. We finally got the hood scoop produced. Here is some images of the FINAL FINISH product everyone is waiting to see.
We are ready to take order. I have two in stock ready to send out on Monday for whoever place their order with us on Monday morning. All other order will take about a week to produce. I appologize for my slow manufacturing guys. They are so busy.

The black hood scoop in these images are not mounted to the black RX8 hood. I just lay it on top of the hood to take these photos. As you can see from the images, the hood scoop fit perfectly on top of the OEM RX8 hood.

umm am i missing something, it's a hood scoop, but there are no vents. It's intent was to vent the supercharger, no vent so whats the function or is it just for looks?

I would like to see it mounted to the hood with a 3m tape to make sure it fits as flush with the tape. It would also be good to see it on a car and not a picture of the whie mazda prototype.
So far really like what I see.
Have you thought about offering it pre-painted to factory spec?
