now how would you cut the bumper without ******* up the paint? im debating wether i want it or not

 

look at the size of the lip on the intake peice. the thing is you would cover the entire area with painters tape, use a pen or marker to make sure the hole you are cutting is perfect and lines up correctly and then you can use an exacto knife to start or a drill or a razor knife. it doesn't matter. if you have a tiny flake come off the lip will cover it but if your carefull you will have no such problems. it's actually quite easy to cut through bumper material.
