I'm actually going out on a cruise with some guys tomorrow so i'll probably be taking photos as well so i'll try and put those up tomorrow evening or night...but yeah just spray and let them dry...theres also tinted film here http://www.decalfx.com/pre_cut_lens_....html...either way would work but film is easier to take off if you decide you don't like the look...but spray is only like 10-15 bucks so its really just up to what you wanna do

my corners are tinted too. i think it looks good. in this pic my headlights were tinted as well. i have untinted them as you can see below.

i used a vinyl, it does leave a nasty residue, but it comes off pretty easily. the lights you'll have to use a spray bottle with baby shampoo and water and made a heatgun for it sit flush. the corners you can just stick it on. you dont even have to take them off the car. very very easy.

I asked the same question on taking off the vht and never got a clear answer on if you could or not but I plan to keep it on soo yeah lol I'll try and get night pics up but it's dimmer but its still noticeable, you shouldn't have any problems what so ever with ppl trying to see your brake lights...I'll put up a photo with it normal and me braking to show you the difference...I plan on getting brighter tail light bulbs anyway just cuzz I think it will look a little better

In Japan and Europe, the corners are technically side repeaters and only flash, they aren't on at all as marker lights. North American 8's are marker lights only and don't flash. So it just depends on where you are. None are marker lights AND flash though, one or the other. I actually modified mine to act as side repeaters. If you look at the pic in my sig you can see they aren't on with the lights.

This was my first mod when i got the car. I used a model car spray paint, the color is "smoke" you can find it at most hobby shops.I put 4 coats on, depending on how dark you want it, the more coats you put on the darker it gets. I did the same thing with the tails.

I did the same...Far better and cheaper than new lights...

I just picked up some headlight tint from Advance Auto, and it works super awesome. Costed me $12, and light still passes fine. Don't have to worry about having to cut out vinyl or heating anything. Def. convenient.

Yes, these are not "smoked" in the conventional manner. I'm aware of that but for those who may be interested, these would blend in PERFECTLY with a black car. It's a much more expensive option though.

And for those of you interested in color matched corners, they supply those too. Just a heads up.
