Smoked Corners

I noticed everyone has clear corners on their rx-8's but does anyone have smoked corners. I have a black rx-8 and was wondering what this would look like on there.

yeah i would love clear corners if they were CLEAR clear not whiteish clear, smoked is my second choice.

i had some but i had to take them off i got the from carcustomz.com "darn cops" (really hard to get on btw cuz it precut i had to heat up and other stuff

If your going to smoke them, No point in leaving the light in there. Take it out. I mean, if you have a hard time seeing the rear lights when they smoke them think of the corner lights on under there. Its like no point.
On the other hand, You can just get a tinted vinel and put that on your self, if your that good. I have seen lots of guys on here in the past useing vinel on there corners.

smoke in general lets light pass through. even black out still lets light pass through. just use transparent paint.

I've had this done for months. I think a couple guys took pics of it at the last EVOLV-Chicago meet. simple, took 5 minutes, looks good and light passes through no problem. They still light up orange.

I've got a bunch of extra black vinyl if anyone wants to buy some.

i know ive seen one guy with a light tint to his on there its in his avatar. im thinking about smoking my amber ones and if i get a ticket it gives me and excuse to get clear corners

best pic I have up of this past weekends track day. The only real thing it shows is that the ORANGE marker is clearly not blatently orange. I'll try to get some better ones up tonight or tomorrow.

the sidemarkers are so small it'd be easy to tint them with vht nite shades and some clear.

Thats true but translucent vinyl is a TON easier. Working on better pics still. I seem to have misplaced the disk they are on.

im still trying to smoke my corners anyone have any idea what i can buy and what to do so i can get this done?
