ok sorry its taken me so long to get pics up.....long story. here is my BB with tinted corners...dirt and all.











I used a translucent vinyl and the OEM corners + light bulbs. They still shine perfectly orange when lit and there are no legality issues. I have a TON of this vinyl left over. If anyone wants some shoot me a PM.

 

looks good you can kinda see the amber but anythings better then staight up orange.

 

The first and last pics are the most telling even though they might seem a bit distorted - they are not. The corners are in general dark with just enough orange coming through. Everyone that has seen them has liked them.

I'm selling the vinyl cheap if anyone is interested. $11 shipped for enough to do both lights.

BB is the only color that can pull this one off. IMO. Looks good BTW.

Yes i can just use brighter bulbs

And I just used vht nightshades just make sure to tape it off real good...it shouldn't be a problem just because there really small but i love how they look...hope this helped

I actually didn't do any pre-prepping besides wiping it down real good and put some rubbing alcohol just to make sure it's nice and clean then sprayed away lol In the dark it's just how you think it would look, it's just a dimmer amber orange color...It's meant to look better in the day time than night...I don't have any pics though sry!

And as for the tails what I would say for you is to take them off first! I taped the crap out of my back bumper and trashed bagged it and everything! but somehow some still dripped on my back bumper...good thing my car is black otherwise it would REALLY show
