I thought about those but when i found out the dimensions they were too big even for my Mazdaspeed kit. I went with Hamann splitters out of CF from CF-Type.com

 

I cannot get CF-Type.com to come up, is this the correct URL? Your 8 looks awesome! I think I need the MS front end...

 

Too obviously stuck on, if they were part of a more agressive nose, like MS or INGs then maybe you could get away with it, but looks like you've run over a couple of tea trays and they got wedged there - sorry, but you did ask for opinion! Not my cup of tea (or tray) at all

What does it matter what others say about them? If YOU like them - Keep em! If you dont like em - get rid om em! Period! If you were to style your 8 by what others think and say you would end up with a total mess! =)

 

I think they are a musthave for the ms nose....but don't know if i like them on stock.

hhehehe jus tsaw this thread for the first time today. Kevin you should have just called me or dosdog before getting them. we already saw them on another car when you did and would give our honest opinion. which is a NO from me. glad you got rid of them. although i think the point from dosdog is right- if you had gotten the tow hook it would hav ebeen perfectD

 

I don't think it looks perfect on the car but maybe its just the photos..It is up the high level though...3Stars Rating

I also do not see any functionallity in that...
I am going with that setup in the front bumper..Carbon canards and full lip carbon which replaces the plastic one.

I know many people don't like this setup but f*ck man its your car and you can do whatever you want...

 

I like them. Personally I would have put on a Mazdaspeed body kit on first, then the splitters, if they fit.

 

They are universal...They fiti every front bumper...

 

i dont think it looks right with the bare bone stock body. i personally dont like the nose of the rx8 without anything it has like a wierd ovalish shape... i think if you get a lip or someother body kit it'll look a lot better IMO

Terrriiibbbbllleee! I don't like the front end of the RX8 without the at least the appearance package, but with those things I hate it even more. Sorry.
