uh, it is actually a fog light... brake lights are generally not found below the vertical centerline of a coupe/sedan for obvious reasons.

 

Well, the one I have(and the pics you see in this thread) does wire into the brakelights as well. What you see in these pictures would be just with the normal lights on, so yes it's like a fog light and the LED's are in sort of a triangle arrangment , but when the brakes are applied it changes and also becomes brighter. I'll see if I have pics of both modes for the hell of it.
