Yeah, I learned alot of "don't even think about doing <this>" working that job. Like the "in style" "cool" thing to do of tilting the seat far back so you can pimp your look or whatever. Two guys in an Eclipse were doing that when they hit a house with a collision speed of 61mph. The whiplash from their bodies continuing forward snapped each of their necks before they even got to the seat beats, or the air bags. Dead instantly.
They would have survived if they had their seats up.
Some stuff just isn't worth it. Course, that example is highly uncomfortable anyway. I like being strapped in securely

I thought that would be funny too. Then it occurred to me that what I really want is to hook it to the output from a radar detector, so that the plate would automatically pop up when needed...
