Aluminium fuel lid

HeHe

I am looking at getting the Aluminium fuel lid, it looks great. Who has one and hoe much are they generally. Was it easy to install?

Cheers

I have one, eventually i color matched it and i think it looks better. Cost me about 100 usd used from a member on here, and install consists of removing two little bolts and swapping out.

Sounds good. Depends on what colour car you have I think in some respects. Its personal choice. I like the brushed look. It would match my rotary crest front and rear, plus strakes.

Cheers

They definitely look great on silver or black 8's.. If you cant find a decent price let me know, i know my friend from massachusetts has one on his car he wants to get rid of and replace with a carbon one.

I have the JDM accessory, and it looks good, much better than the one that was sold here in the US as accessory.
Don't know how much the JDM one costs, because I got mine in a trade, but I believe it is quite expensive.

The US version had a plastic hinge which is a big letdown as far as I'm concerned.

I've got the OEM chrome one... I'm not sure I'd get the alluminum one unless I was going to paint it, or maybe unless I had a white or gray 8.
