Used turbo is it worth it?

I looked on install turbo on 8 and I supposed to spend 7K or above with professional installation. I looked around internet and here and people sell their turbo and other stuffs for 3.2K.....

You think is it worth it?
If I buy one of those what should I concern about?
Need your knowledge. Thanks

well alot of the turbo kits that are for sale on here for 3k or so are greddy kits. i am not biased against them, so im not going to say if they are high quality or not. but installation shouldnt cost that much. say if you buy the kit for 3.5k, it will prolly come out to 6k or so with everything (tuning, installation, etc)

and before you buy the kit, make sure you have a good tuner and a dyno that you can go to. cause installation of the kit is only half the battle. the rest is tuning and care for it

I would say... since you are dipping in the thousands to begin with, might as well just buy a new one. That is unless you know what and who you are buying from.... if that makes any sense

i think his question was most likely on how you are planning to go about your approach on tuning your car rather than what things you'd like to put on.

believe it or not...body kits do have effect on vehicle performance...so the choice are critical.

whatever you do, just don't piece ur car together. and try to have a game plan layed out. parts can get expensive when they all add up. i just don't want you to get hurt when u got some wheels that don't match up to ur needs.

happy tuning =)
