is a throttle body worth it?

i currently have a catback dual borla exhaust and a K&N Typhoon intake system i was looking at a throttle body spacer and some people say its not worth it and just adds weight to your car is it worth my money or no

Unless you need it for Nitrous or Water/Methanol injection ports then there aren't really any benefits.

If you're adding nitrous or water/meth injection kit... sure its worth buying.

lol thanks guys i mean eventually i plan on installing a supercharger or turbo but that wont be for a while

It depends what k&n he is talking about, if he just did the drop in filter for the stock air box then it gains maybe a couple of hp but sacrifices the better filtering of the oem filter for it.

those throttle body spacers r pretty heavy u would probably have to take out ur passenger seat to compensate for it
