My SR Motorsports hi-flow cat arrived today, looking to install it soon. Any rough estimate on how long it takes from anyone who has already done it?

Well I answered my own question, it took longer than I thought. The main challenge was getting the 5 bolts out on the stock exhaust. Needs lots of WD40/Liquid Wrench.

The sound is great -- noticably louder and a little less buzzy. It is amazing how much lighter this thing is than stock.

So, you bought the non resonator one. What exhaust do you have? If you make a sound bite or video, I'll host it for you

I have the stock exhaust and I am not sure about changing it out yet, because I also want to do the RB intake when it comes out. I am going to work on a video but the challenge will be to get it digital, I have a 3 year old camera and a digital video box thing that plugs into the PC but it is not currently installed and I don't know where the software is, thanks for the offer I will let you know.

The stock cat & resonator is huge ! When we put on the hi-flow cat & resonator it saved us about 10 lbs. With a midpipe or just the resonator piece you are looking at even more weight savings. The piece is very nice welds are great, quality craftsmanship.

I have bigger issues haha.. My CEL problem did go away finally but the CEL that I have now is attributed to something my dealer did at the 30k service. The only CEL that I got at the time was because of my SR Motorsports pulley system. There is another thread that describes the process to take to get rid of the CEL. It involves disconnecting the battery for a length of time. SR Motorsports say that all you have to do is depress the brake pedal 20 times but this didnt work for anyone...

The CEL light I have now is from a P0200 (Injector Circuit Malfunction) and a P0302 Misfire in 2 port). They have tried replacing the plugs, wires, coils and oil pan but it hasnt gone away yet. I think there next step is to bring out an engineer to look at the problem. Though since I picked it up on Friday is hasnt come back on so maybe it's fixed. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
