Yes, and when I found out about this I called the PO to try and stop it.
They said "sorry can't do that"
How are they going to feel in Iceland and Australia?
They say "**** happens." Wish it would move on and happen to someone else.

I just talked to Cam at Pettet Racing and being the clever SOB that he is has fixed the three units they bought. Seems he just took a small triangle file and took the radius on the pin guide down by hand. He also said he may have sanded a little on the OD. I'm not saying everyone should do this but it can be done.
On some of the ones that went around the world where time and shipping are a problem it could be usefull.
Those that get back here we are putting them back in the machining center and cutting the radius with the broach and going over the od with an end mill.

Again I'm sorry for all the time waisted here.

Most of the S2 owners are paying attention to thread over on S!!.
But there are many S1 owners who have or will install the late trans in their S!.
For those I want to tell them the S2.2 shifter will be ready by Monday.
You can still get in on the pre order deal if you check the S11 forum for details.
It will save you about 10%.

The new S2.2 will be a drop in just like the S1. No more spacer plate.
We should have a test report from our beta tester early in the week.
Maybe even a track test.

We are running a batch of S1 shifters this week. They will sell for the same old price.
So if you've been wanting one now is the time to visit the website.
There's still nothing to make you happier with your 8 then an Axialflow shifter.

Mine is back in again. Just replaced the bottom piece again. It does wear out but Richard is awesome about getting replacement parts sent out! If anyone is concerned about longevity, I now have over 350K miles total on mine. With the exception of wear parts there have been no issues.

We've run the new batch and made double the normal amount.
With that many units on the shelf we are going to discount some.
Not allowed to say how much on the forum so if you want one Email direct.
We will give you a great deal, not saying howmany we will sell at the low price though.

The last post was 9 months ago and we've built one or two batches since then.
Now there is a fresh batch coming off the machines. Have not built as many this time but they are still selling. Same old price.
