Hate to bring this back from the dead but just curious if anyone has experienced ANY buzzing with this header? Right now this shitty header I have on is buzzing and it echos into my midpipe, so I am thinking about upgrading to this guy..but I wanted to make sure that everyone is pleased with this first before I go ahead and start buying crap left and right.

I doubt it to be honest. It makes this tinny sound with ONLY the header (you have to listen behind all the BBRRROAWGGROALLLWWLL... lol. Header only is loud) but you can hear it behind it. If you put on the BHR midpipe, the buzzing/tin sound resonates through the midpipe and creates a shitty buzz. We've checked the sealing of the gaskets a bunch of times, retightened everything proper..still there, and like I said, we hear it when it's header only as well.
It's a crap header from GT-Spec that Fluid was selling a long while back, with not the best welds on the runners. Thats whyI just wanted to hear peoples experiences with this, if it's nice and deep, welds are good, etc.
Highway, it makes the noise on acceleration only. It sounds like it comes from the midpipe, but it doesn't, because the sound is being..well..I guess captured by the resonator there. It's hard to explain.

...Really speedy? It's like a light buzzing when accelerating, right? And enhanced with your dual resonated midpipe huh? So is it a problem with all stainless steel headers? I was suggested by someone to heat wrap mine to get rid of the noise..but I figure why bother if I can just upgrade headers?
Anyone else experience this?

yes exactly that noise..
not under full throttle.. its more under half throttle or idle. like a leak in the header gasket.
i think of heat wrap it too but RB do not recommended this for the headers. dont know why..
i also want to know if this is normal or not?? does anyone know something about that?

Ah under idle then you may have an exhaust leak. Mine is only at throttle. It's actually the natural sound of the rotary but it's sound is being... well.. mutated? lol and adding in a buzz by my header, so I was wondering if Racing Beat does the same. Can anyone else confirm they also get this buzz with a midpipe as well or no?
