Possible issues from well known vendor's fuel pump upgrade. Mazsport

Seriously though, I don't think you or the pump in question are Scott's primary concerns right now. If he understood the value of good customer service to his business, that wouldn't matter, but I'm not sure that is the case
mysql: I think Scott has given you AND this community a big F YOU!!
no updates on this issue, hasn't returned your pump, has not addressed Stick's car, has not mailed all of Stick's parts back to him, and is not showing his face around here.
Sad to see a well known name do this but this appears to be the way Scott wants to run his business and address his potential clients.

How long do you think it would take to send me an email with:
Scott: "Hey, sorry about the delay and the problems. Here's $500 for the pump that didn't work for you - the very same pump I now have in my possession"
Me: "That's half of what I paid for the pump and the cost of you diagnosing the issues with it."
Scott: "Oh, that's right. How about the cost of the pump + diagnosing costs?"
Me: "That's fine - I can't complain about the $300 labor cost since you did the work and can't take that back."
Scott: "Cool. Settled then?"
Me: "Yes, thanks for not screwing me over by expecting me to not want anything back for a pump that didn't work and then sitting on the pump once I mailed it to you. We can consider this settled."

something must definitely be going on behind the scenes. I imagine Scott is going nuts over all the threads (since he loves to PM people asking them to remove posts / threads). Maybe IB is feeling the pressure and is moving the threads until more info comes forward? I don't know, just a thought.
Also, it's weird that the threads are being MOVED, not just locked. Out of sight, out of mind?
