I emailed mazsport last night from ebay and asked if they were still around...this was the response:

No, we had to close because of the economy and then on top of that... bad press on rx8 club made it even worse. Thank you for your past support. Chris


so anyone that has missing parts that are paid for, better call their credit card companies ASAP

While I certainly don't condone their business practices, they did have some nice offerings in an aftermarket that has pretty slim pickings.

My empathy goes out to anybody who paid them for parts/services yet to be rendered. I hate to say it, but you're probably going to get screwed, especially if you didn't pay with a credit or debit card that you can request a chargeback with.
