water temp sensor adapter

I tried a search and didnt come up with much.

Im in the market to get a water temp sensor, which adapter would be the best/most accurate reading?

I know Racing Beat makes one, and then there are some universals.

Keep in mind that you want to pick up your water temp at it's HOTTEST point. Same for oil.

yes, think about it. you want to monitor water temp----right? You have a choice of capturing the data BEFORE the radiator cools the water or AFTER the radiator where the water has already been cooled. Very different numbers. We do both. Same for the oil temps. Capturing this data allows you to see the maximum temps which are the real temps your engine experiences.

Take a look at where the stock water temp sensor is located and you'll see what I mean.

FYI, ive since ditched my Racing beat in favor of the Knight Sport adapter which allows you to put the sensor in the main radiator hoses. i did this for a more accurate reading (and cleaner look)

I got the Greddy adapter and oh yes I cut my Billion water hose so I can fit it in.

Fujita Engineering's solution is easier, Since no cutting is required.
