tried in all speed (1-4)

Coldest water temp was about 79-80 celsius. Heater temp seems to be fine.

Paul,

Please add me to the list for this bad boy. I've been waiting for this since I was able to listen to your conversation with Jeff about the subject.

OK. I've had the thermostat in for about a week now. My conclusion is that it will keep the car cooler during cruise speeds. But under load the temps will increase. Typical.
So far from my views it will maintain about 5-7 degrees lower coolant temps. In some instances as much as 12 degrees lower.
My coolant temps now range from 169 to 203 degrees. Depending upon load and rpm and my right foot.
Yesterday was 84 degrees out.(It's not summer yet) I'm driving down the freeway at 75 mph with 172 degree coolant temps.
I am very happy with the results obtained so far.

I have a NASA HPDE2 session coming on the 11th and I'll see how she does on the track.

Fine job Mazmart!

I would like too get the BHR rad before summer comes. It's already in the 90's here. Just starting to get comfortable.

what else is there for help with cooling? currently I have BHR rad, AP, Mazmart t-stat. The water pump will be done next year with a motor rebuild so what's left that actually works for cooling???

Easy: get a 2nd oil cooler, it's gonna be HOT soon plus we've got Vegas coming up. Your car does not like triple digit heat much. I do not want to see any more pics of your coolant temperature at 240°F

Hopefully Easy's water seals and rotor housings don't already have any damage done to them.

Received! It will ship on Monday. Make sure your fans are working properly. That's a huge potential problem on these cars.

Well track day was this past Saturday. 4 sessions, 20 minutes each. on this course.
Weather conditions,, Cool (58-67 F)with rain on and off. Well the car never got above 204 degrees. Mid day and sun shining. The last three runs it was dark out.

The thing I noticed is how fast it cools down after a full throttle run down the straight away. over a 1/2 mile long. I would get to the end of the straight and the temp would be 204+/- from being 192+/- on the infield.

Again the Mazmart Thermostat has proven to be a valuable modification to the cooling system.

No I didn't get to log any runs. My AP was not liking some of the bumps on the course and turning it's self off and on. It was pretty cool that day too. For AZ anyway. I'll be sure to log the next sessions we do and it should be a lot warmer next month. Oh boy.
