K yall, Just wondering what is the best drop size?

hey guys. I want to drop my car. Im not sure what will be the best be...my friends droppin his civic 1/2 inches in the front and 1 in the back. ..so just wonering whats the best for my 8

iv been reading some post. S techs seem to what ppl are using no one has said anything about how low they accualy dropped their cars.
