Exhaust or Stage 1

I am about at the end of my Mod money for a long while. I have enough for a Exhaust or Stage 1. My question to you is which one would you get? I like for things not to look stock but I would like the fact that I am adding a solid 20-25 whp. Now the reason I am having such a hard time is for the Most part I really do not drive to fast and the occasional bursts are not really in traffic areas. I just do not know what to do. Please give your feedback. I am going to attempt a poll but this is my first time! Thanks for any and all input.

Stage 1 Canzoomer. Better gas mileage at the lower RPM end, rocket fast at the above 5000 RPM endfor when you just need to go fast!

If you look at the latest post from Canzoomer the HP increase is closer to 40 RWHP

You can't get that from exhaust.

Damn I guess my question is answered. On a side note D MENAC 7 I got my car back and put your mod in and it looks awesome. A breeze to install and I used all 4 on the outside of the red lens and it is what this car needed. Thanks

Well did some reading and the 40 whp is from stage 2 and you need midpipe/high flow cat or no cat. So my question stands exhaust or stage 1. The exhaust would be for sound/and not looking stock from rear and the stage 1 would be not to have a stock 8 and gain some oommmppphhh. So please vote if you have time. Thanks

Well I ordered the Greddy Today. I love the way it sounds and I am more about appearance right now than Performance. Once I get the car looking the way I want then come on the power! Thanks for everyones input!!!

Thanks Aster! I feel I made the right choice. I know rxeightr I dont sit on anything long. But with the wife giving the O.K. that window is open for a short while so I had to come to a decision fast. But Thanks for all of the votes and feedback. With what I was trying to accomplish a non-stock looking car I felt the exhaust was the way to go. Plus the added horsepower with a 19 month old in the car 80-90 percent of the time does not help so at least she can listen to a fine sounding hum while watching Barney!

You needed to do more reading! Too late now. The new Stage 1 includes better fuel maps and ignition control, 40 whp aprox., no aftermarket exhaust needed. A better Stage 2 is in the works and there's no dyno tests on it yet.

Good choice though, great looks and sound. Congrats! Myself I'd take both!

Just go here:

There's plenty of reading material. And yes, $600 is the price.
