OK, we have gotten that out of the way. Let's get this back on track and discussing the motor mounts.

So Mazsport Scott runs this site?

Aside from his past issues what is the general consensus of these mounts from those that have actually purchased them?

They were alright but the thin grommets made the cabin vibration almost unbareable. I made the switch too these about 8 months ago and WOW what a difference. So much smoother than the solid mounts these have a tight feel but without the vibration the others. The bushing are thick and on both sides of the mount not just one side and there made from stainless steel so they wont rust like the old mounts. Great product, looks like it should have come on the car... A+++++
Thanks for a positive post here.

I have noticed vibration and movement lately that is attributable to the OE mounts. I also have always had a positive experience with this builder, so that aside, these may be on my wish list, but for now I need a fuel pump it seems. This one critique in this thread is convincing.

Keep going past where you enter your billing address. I believe Step - 2.

those things are built like a reinforced concrete poophouse, 200 years from now your bodywork will be a pile of rust particles with two stainless steel motor mounts sitting on top

Took mine for a 20 mile test loop this evening. Zero motion of the shift lever under full accel/decel! A little extra vibration in the 3k-4k interstate cruising mode. Quite a bit harsher off idle to 3k with a couple of "buzz" modes in that range. Boy racers need these! Mega-commuters, probably not. GT owners, well I need to live with this for a while to be sure, but satisfied so far.

I like the motor mount. I believe that there needs to be a different design in general. Like for instace I have a oil loop line mod and only option I have is stock mounts. There should be a solution were it can give us best of both worlds such As allowing more room in the engine bay to Create more space for people to run turbos and with modified engines gives more flexibility on what they can do.

I installed mine yesterday......and will throw up a DIY tomorrow. This was a super easy install....it took about 20 minutes including taking the pictures for the DIY

I won't be able to give any driving impressions till I get the rest of the car back together next week . I am really impressed with the way these are built though. They are so much better than the old Mazsport mounts I had on the car before. They stiffen up the mounts without making the mounts virtually solid like the old ones were
