Cheapest ebay exhaust

I understand that people like buying a name brand exhaust for the warrenty and reliability and all that, but to me it just dosnt matter if the company stands behind their ebay exhaust, its literally $200 and $50 ship and Im completly willing to take the risk to see if it last as long as your $600+ exhaust and Id put my car on the line to say that 2 or even 3 of the ebay exhaust would deffinitly last longer then your name brand. Also, I dont think Ive ever really heard any stories of someones exhaust going bad or failing like what makes it fail, just rust? thats takes awhile too.

My stock exhaust was bent in a collision, that was the main reason I bought it.
In addition to sound and looks it is lighter and doesn't cook the trunk as much as the stock behemoth.

Right now is 221$ with free shipping , I guess I'll go for it too because I was looking just for sound as well.

idk, for a few bucks more i could have bought a turbo xs($499) or an HKS($450) hi powered exhaust.
and from what i hear from turbo xs, is that it's the only exhaust that can give you more ponies; this is coming from them.
i wanted to try one of these ebay knock offs, but one thing i have learned about the 8 is that; if you go cheap on parts, you will pay double in the end when you have to replace that same part .

Ohhh okay. So I should drop $600+ dollars for something that will do.exactly the same as something that cost $200 dollars. Right? Just so I can go around saying I spent $600. Kinda like walking around in all in Armani Exchange to make people think you are somewhat important just to hide the fact that you have a small ***** ROFL!!! Yeah, I spent $300 on my exhaust. I've got nothing to prove and it serves the same purpose and those $800 exhausts. When you look at the back of the car..... it all looks and functions the same. As far as horse power goes..... we wouldn't be driving RX8's if we wanted a fast powerful beast. We drive 8's for handling and style. Those expensive exhaust systems open up 3-5 HP at best. Not worth $800 IMO!
To each there own. Hell you get a 3" hks rep for 300ish. Reliability could also be an issue. Buying a knock off is also against my list because it rips off the original makers who spent money/time developing it.

One very random question...Why do u start measuring from 3.9" ? cant u start from 0" like normal human beings? jk jk....im just lazy to count so i just threw out my thought...lol..dun get mad, i was just kidding :P
I agree that it is almost disposable. Like tools from Harbor Freight.
The welds have appear to have good penetration and no contamination. *shrug*
Also, I'd like to add that the pipe has the same inner diameter as the stock exhaust. I've seen 2.5" mentioned numerous times. Just ain't so. Hell, I measured the circumference, but I still wasn't convinced; maybe I was wrong somehow. Maybe the pipe had more internal volume than external like the inventory in an RPG.
So, I cut it.
Once again, the stock catback is 2.25".
