It's not even close. The FD engines (and 20B) were unique from all the other rotaries in that the intake runners didn't come directly in from the side horizontally but rather sloped downward from higher up. You can't bolt up an FD manifold to any other engines either. The FC primary intake runners will physically line up with the Renesis primary ports but that's it. The Renesis has moved the outer port runners farther out on the housings so the turn isn't as sharp internally. This means the outer runners on the manifold are farther apart on the Renesis than other engines. Even if you could get the bolt patterns adapted (good luck!) you'd have to do a crazy stupid amount of grinding, chopping and welding to line it all up. There are and have always been 4 bolts and 2 studs with nuts that hold the manifold to the engine. Only the 2 studs in the middle line up with other engines. The rest don't.

There's no reason to use an older manifold anyways. The Renesis manifold is far and away the single best intake manifold Mazda has ever applied to a rotary. There's not even much you can do to it to improve it. It's a great piece and I beleive it should stay there. The FD manifolds are overhyped. The runners are small and the 3 plate throttlebody that the RX-7's had were nothing more than a compromise to try to simulate what the Renesis manifold does. Technology is a wonderful thing! It's not worth the effort of making it work and even if you did, you'll definitely lose performance. That's not worth the effort.

The 13B is a peripheral port, the Renesis is side port - so no , the exhaust won't fit.

yep, three ports in each side and center plate on the SE3P, only two ports in the rotor housings on the FD3, not even close
