Calling all Springs, Flywheels, Sway Bars, Intakes, Pulleys, and more!

well I started a few threads that have a lot of info for comparison of products. (like one pulley compared to another)

I just thought that they might Sticky this thread since it has the links to those post (and future post to come). (we also figured that they would not stiky all of the other post when they can just sticky this one.)

This post is like the "calling all colors" but instead it's "Calling all Performance Mods" <------ Thanks Cesar.

some sort of a boosted thread would be pretty cool, not real sure about the rest as there really is not enough of a differance in all of them to warrent a thread dedicated to them. (do you think?)

a thread dedicated to grounding kits I would think would be pretty small and boring? am I wrong? same with spark plugs. to the best of my knowlage, there really is only one plug at this time for the 8. (several for the 7, but the 8 does not have much to choose from)

how many ECU's are there? I really am not much into that, I am more then willing if there is going to be enough info. maybe you can lead that post like Ullose did for me on the Sway bars one.

kinda the same boat in spark plug wires. are there even enough to warrent a thread for them. if so, SURE!

Maybe just links then to some of the products that are available...or just ignore them altogether. I know that the Mazdaparts.com website is pretty comprehensive when it comes to those smaller parts. AutoEXE, Racing Beat, mazdaspeed...most of those companies have the parts.

Or maybe just a list of companies that make those parts...not an entire thread?

for example:

Spark Plug Wires:

Racing Beat (price) (link)
AutoEXE (price) (link)
Mazdaspeed (price) (link)

just an idea.

I need a clutch thread...
Kwescott has about the same miles and drives a lot nicer than I do.
After changing his flywheel and looking at his clutch, he said I'll probably need a new one.

How about a thread listing all the Hi-Flow cats. SR, RP, rx7store.net. It would be nice to know what the cat is made of and who manufactures the cat.

send a pm to one of the forum moderators in the performance section to ask them for "sicky" status. I'm sure they will, given the amount of work that has gone into putting these pages together.

take a look at the links above for your self and pick the one that fits you best.

but of course my recomendation is the ACT prolite flywheel, the ACT stage 1 clutch, and the UR pulleys. :D

I went with the same setup...because of the price we were able to get on the parts, brand reputation and the product descriptions.

I'm thinking the Fidanza flywheel looks pretty tempting though, so I may have considered it more if I was able to get it at the same cost of the ACT package.
