As noted by BlackStealth, my comment had nothing to with you or the subject product, just the silliness of a posted comment by someone caught up in a moment of exuberant n00biness. Unless of course you actually mean to portray that a header, any header, is the tipping point between going NA or FI on a Renesis. If so you wouldn't need to worry about anyone else tarnishing the credibility of either your company or product. Further, you don't have any issue about impacting the sales and resulting bottom line to IB when it comes to certain vendors you don't like having to compete against. Yeah ....

 

Im confused ... i took Team's comment as "put down the koolaid" pertaining to the previous posters comment about a header helping him decide between FI and NA..... I didn't see it as an attack on any specific product or purchase.

 

If there is, they haven't attempted to lobby me one way or another. Nor, have I heard of this before.

This type of off-topic discussion can be healthy to a point. I think that point has been reached. If you want to continue (Mark, Ray), please take it to PM's.

Charles... I think you're just going to have to suck it up. Just because Team shares different opinions and doesn't have the same feelings about your company (as others do), doesn't mean he isn't allowed to post whatever he feels is pertinent. In fact, I encourage others to question, challenge and voice their opinion about any products and recommendations regardless of reputation or alleged knowledge of topics.

You have a huge fan base, and congratulations on that. Just don't use that as an excuse for an end-all-be-all approach. Not all people are suckered into it and it's part of running a business. In fact, how you deal with such opposition shows the kind of grit you have.... and to be honest, it's all coming into fruition.

 

So....when is the header going to be ready? lol

I doubt there is anything more small minded than thinking you know somebody in and out when in fact you really don't know them at all. All this talk recently about my MO, my history, my blah blah blah. It couldn't possibly have anything to do with your misunderstanding, your oversensitive reaction, your blah blah blah. I'm no different than anyone else commenting here. I have my opinion and sometimes somebody says something that can easily be ignored, but wasn't just like all the commentary that proceeds this one and now this reply as well. Nobody is any better or worse than anyone else here except for the people who were smart enough to either ignore the whole thing or simply chose not to respond specifically with personal ill intent.

Again, I have nothing against BHR or Ray regardless of how anyone has perceived the situation with their own slanted perspective. My opinion on Renesis headers is well known and I had no intention of bringing it up again. So if we can now move on from the silly assertions, the truth of the matter is that after 5 years of high temp abuse my own self-fabricated header of questionable notoriety has crystallized to the point of not having much more life in it and I may be in the market for a replacement.

I'm not sure what BHR is planning to offer, only that I don't really care for anything else out there. Even though I know my own designs can match anyone elses power level while also being lighter and probably costing less to boot, I'm not sure of putting in the effort it would require for me to build another one. So I stuck my nose in to see what was going on and not with an agenda to destroy either Camelot or the Silly Knights of the BHR Roundtable.
