Well, I must commend you on not starting a new topic. That said, your question is a bit off topic.
Truthfully the stock clutch is fine for stock power. Give the old search button a whirl, perhaps "Best clutch" or "stage 2 clutch". Its really personal opinion...

to correct air flow..
and to answer the main question, you can do 200whp quite easily.
first and foremost make sure your engine and its respective components are HEALTHY and within working spec. You'd be surprised how detrimental one coil or spark plug is to your power as well as mileage, etc. So check your spark plugs, ignition coils, wires, catalytic converter and air filter.
You can then easily bump up to 200 with a midpipe/hi-flow cat and a exhaust.. so long as your engine is healthy.
This car doesn't respond well to bolt ons in terms of price->power.. but small things do add up. Other things you may want to consider are a true cold air intake for high end gains and a reprogramming device such as the Cobb AP to correctly tune the factory tune to unlock any missing power.
Best bang for the buck in terms of power/price for this car is a midpipe with a Cobb Accessport.

First Rule Of Modification - (FROM)
- - - If you don't know an item's function, do not **** with it. - - -
the screen is there to even out the turbulent flow (I know, it sounds counter-intuitive) Removal screws with the air flow meter readings, and disrupts the idle.

nobody has mention a lightweight flywheel. Dyno tests show that the mazdaspeed flywheel bump hp by 8. That's not a bad increase for our cars for 500 bucks
This is a great option to do, when you replace your clutch, usually you can have them put it on for no extra labor costs.

The stock clutch is fine for up to about 275 crank hp. If it was me looking for 200 whp (assume you are around 180 whp stock). I would do the following :
1. Cobb Accessport
2. Racing Beat Ram Air Dust & REVi intake box
3. AP Pulley (not a lot of hp, but cheap & easy to install)
4. RP Super Cat
5. Racing Beat REV8 Cat back exhaust.
That will probably get you to 200 wp at the top end.
Lightened Flywheel is a good mod, but not really price effective, as install cost is really expensive.

I made just over 200-rwhp back when I was NA, with a cat. I also had a less than stellar intake at the time (Umnitza) so I think that was holding me back.
I would say, the easiest way, is:
-upgraded ignition (BHR coils)
-catless midpipe (I didn't have this but it helps) or the TurboXS complete exhaust system
-AccessPORT
-modified stock intake box, or AEM or Racing Beat intake with duct
A lightweight flywheel will help, as will the Agency Power crank pulley, but they won't yield anything special. A lightweight fly does do more than just horsepower, though.
Also, having a motor with strong compression is the best starting point. If you motor has lower-than-average or just average compression, you'll have a hard time breaking the 200-rwhp mark NA.
