That looks like a real pain in the neck. Good thoughts for my first trip around turn 12.

We meet tomorrow, and I can not wait to get out there.

I was going over lego's session with charlie, listening to the line again. This is going to kick ***, if my sways are in or not.

RacingBeat keeps moving the ship date, we will see.

See you all there.

But......turn 12 is soooo cool when you hit it correctly.....in three times on the track, I've only once done THE perfect line through 12 once.....it's wicked as hell and I came into turn one sooooo much faster than I ever had before.......but lego and Denny are the turn one kings....

WooHoo!!! One more day!!!!

Wow, this time tomorrow I'll be stuck in Atlanta traffic thinking of you guys! I'm kind of looking forward to that. At least the destination more than the trip.

See you all soon. I'll becoming with some BBQ, Drinks, and stuff to eat off/with.

If we have good enough grills, I'll be happy to pick up some cuts of steak if you all are interested.... Let me know, there is a good butcher close to my house that has really good meat.

Hey, you've got the grill. I'm expecting eggs, bacon, and toast for breakfast. I like mine scrambled with cheese.

Thanks.

After a couple laps around the track, I'm sure we could fry eggs on the hood of someone's 8.

I may be able to stop by for a little while this evening and I will see ya'll for the day on Saturday. Will not be there on Sunday.

I'll bring some more watermelon for you guys working in the hot sun. Phlash, do you have a suitable knife in your hotel kitchen?

I will bring some beer this evening as well.

Any decision yet on the hotel location and also the time for tomorrow's meetings?

are you shooting video, or just still shots this weekend? it would be pretty cool to have some video from outside the car too. I will be shooting from inside.

val, not flaggin... taking pixtures! I need to attend the meetings so all the corner workers will know and look out for me. Hope they don't mind this time. Last time it was awesome to shoot with these guys. Many of them are photographers and drivers themselves like you. It's just fun as hell participating in any way.

trhoads, it was my intent to take stills but if you want me to do some video, I'll bring my equipment and see what I can do. It's really hard to carry both as it requires a tripod for both cameras and I don't have a grip to walk with me. I could for example take both in turn 6-7 where I can park my car right up at the location I'm shooting. I don't want to set up one camera then go back to my car to get the other for obvious reasons. I will not hand hold a video camera at races again because of erratic movement. I have WAY too much footage that I consider un-useable because of this.

Did you get your sway bars in?

No.

RB kept putting off the ship date, kept telling CHarlie, oh, they will ship tomorrow, and it got to the point where I would have had to overnight them yesterday, for $85. Nope, I will just have to wait.

Thanks for your willingness to come photograph us. If you don't want to bring a video camera, that is cool, I understand.

See you tonight.

WOW! What a wonderful weekend. I'm still smiling from the skidpad experiences. Gordon, you're a hell of a host. Your hospitality is second to none. I'm taking the BBQ for lunch tomorrow. Travis, I'm glad you're no longer a track virgin and I was there to see it. Remember the pants. I hope to see you again soon at another track school. Val, your geometry skills put mine to shame. Roebling will be a blast. Nabil aka "Skidpad" you're a great drifter. You didn't even spill any of your margarita while drifting through all those cones. Pam and Don, it was great hanging out Friday and Saturday night. Pam, you've got to come out to Roebling if you can. Don, when are you going to get deflowered on the track???

I had an amazing time and am still smiling. Next time, I'll be a little calmer while calling in a spinoff. Hope to see all of you again very soon.
