Good point about the noise and stuff. Well if Andretti's is too loud and disctracting what about Buffalo's at Cumberland where we had the first ever meet. Does anyone know if we had to reserve that room or not?

No pix, sorry. Although lots of cell phones snappin up the shots. As far as types of cars, many types. Counted about 10 evos, 8 subies, 6/7 Z's, 3 8's, a bunch of Neon 4's, a few slammed mini trucks, a shirtload of Acura's/Civics. Also some third gens and a 1000hp Supra were there. Hell even saw a new Yaris, wow! Hot car.

 

I had that thought of Charlies place jump in my head when I was waiting on this page to load up. Great minds think a like. We just need to get permission from the man himself first as I am sure he will want to get out of the shop as quickly as possible when 5:30 comes around.

 

I think we should get together at a theater when Talladega Nights comes out.

 

Ya, I know that Discover Mills has that AMC parking deck and it is huge! No one is ever up there and my friends and I go up there and take pics sometimes. It is a great place for a lot of cars and a good place to line them up and whatnot.

I like the idea of taking pictures up there, I had not thought about using that parking deck. I will have to remember that one for the future. I need to do a couple photo shoots while I have a good camera on loan in the next couple weeks.

Howdy Red! Thanks for the "Official Invite". Would be great to see you guys again. I personally have the rest of the year planned out and overextended in time and the wallet. Maybe some of the others may be able to make it up. Maybe next year for me.

I wish I could do something this week, but I am entirely too busy this week, trying to make it so that I can be off all next weekend for Barber. So I am out.

 

Some place local would be fine... near the Marietta/Kennesaw areas? I'm flat broke for time right now, and have a concert to go to on Thursday night of this week - but next week sounds like a good thing? Charlie's? I don't care - I need to get to one of these....

 

Is anyone interested in trying to have a meet next Thursday or Friday (August 24 or 25)?

I would be up for Andretti's again, since I still have the coupon for free track time, anyone else, want to get together, have a couple cold ones?

I think I can make the 25th.

 

The 25th will be fine with me. That way I can stay out later and not have to worry about work the next morning.

 

The 24th or 25th at Andretti's works for me.

 

Then let's say the Friday the 25th. That works good for me too, since I won't have to work early in the day on Saturday.

 

I have a friend joining us as well. He drives a Chevy truck so we will have to kick his *** on the kart track!
