BBQ is for lunch, other place for dinner.
raz- could you make 3 lists, one each for the meet, dinner, and bowling? I'm sure some people have other comittments that day. If you dont want to or cant I can take care of it.

Hmmm... hot chicks to pose with the cars... thatd be great!!! I can get at least one decent one that would be up for it... Maybe get her to wear like a little white dress and pose with some of the other girls on the cars... GREAT IDEA!!! Every girl that comes needs to wear something HOT for the pictures!!!! Trust me it'd make everyone else have a much better day.

Yes for everything...won't be a big deal since I live here. No time restraint/long drive home for me.
Update for bowling............there is none
I called Boardwalk twice today. First time, I was supposed to get transferred to the lady that handles the large parties/reservations, but the phone kept ringing, so I hung up. The second time I got her voicemail. So I'll get back on it tomorrow I guess.
The first lady I spoke to (if I heard her correctly) did say something about $2.25 an hour, or $8 to reserve a lane. And somewhere around $3 for shoes. If that's accruate, those are some pretty good prices. Again, I didn't really get to speak to anybody, so this info is all sketchy for now. Hopefully I'll get to speak to that lady tomorrow...when I do, I'll toss out the details.

ttrx7pete thought most of us had signed up...?
Yeah...we did. epitrochoid wanted a list of those who were interested in bowling,,,,dinner...shirts...etc. More detail so he'll know how many people will be hijacking the bowling alley.
I'll have samples of shirts on the website, hopefully by tonight. Feedback is important...so everyone, keep me posted with your thoughts when you see them. okie dokie?

I've seen a few students driving em though. You obviously, "adamp-somethingorother" with his sunlight silver over in lake claire, i saw a chick driving a titty grey, and a red with a dreamcatcher hanging on the rearview. had a student decal too.

Well, I have seen other WBs, two others in fact. Just didn't think they were students. In fact I'm sure they weren't. which means there's a new kid on the block. And a new WB at that (grrr...) lol whatever.
Next time i park on campus, I'll hang that ridiculous flower on my rear view and you'll know for sure that's me! lol (j/k)

OK, folks. Some bowling updates...I spoke with Cathy (event coordinator) and here's what she told me...
$2.50 a person per game, (not per hour as I initially thought), $2 for shoes. She said it's 5 to a lane, and for 40 ppl (I asked for 30-40 ppl) the non-refundable deposit is $25, which I'll cover for now obviously.
OK... onto the more urgent stuff. She said that reservations had to be pretty exact, to within 80% of the original count. If we turn up short on the reserved number, we still pay for the full amount. That's why it's extremely important that we get a pretty accurate count, and very soon. She said the latest I have to finalize with her is Thursday.
She told me they book even three weeks in advance. They are busy on the weekends, and they do have leagues that play there. She can't guarantee any open slots for too long, but as of Noon-ish today she did say that she could put us in at 6:00pm. They don't take reservations after 6:30 anyway, so that's probably the latest.
How is that on time? I don't know what the timetable of our meet is...I know we have dinner planned. So 6pm seems to be conflicting with that. Is 6pm bowling too early? too late? Please talk it out, and see if we can agree on a set time ASAP.
In fact, toss up a few options on time. If possible, target a specific time that you would prefer, and then a back up time that you guys can compromise on. I'm trying to get more options when I call her back, b/c if we all decide on a time, and it happens to be unavailable, I'd have to repost over here, and wait for the responses to come in. Then call her back again, etc...and it takes more time. And time is getting a little tight now.
So, let me know pronto! Thanks
