I'll be there guys, but in my rotary spit. Holly would kill me if I didn't bring it. I dropped it off at boost solutions today for a brand new SS header. I'm excited!! Lets get a few RX-8s out there, like GodofThunder!! If wouldn't be a bad drive for you. The RX7 bunch are very knowledgable and fun to hang with.

Aaron, you are right, I would kill you if you didn't bring the rotary spit out. I really want to see it. Next time you can drive the 8 out for us. As, for everyone else with the RX-8s, bring em out. When we plan meets we usually have a good representation of all generations of Rotaries.

I talked with Rick Engman today and he is planning on bringing his newly restored RX-3 out. Jim might stop by too. So all the 8 owners can see some of their rotary heritage.

:D

See everyone there.

All Rotorheads,

Don't forget this Thursday is the night to come out to American Pie on Roswell Road in Atlanta. We should be there starting between 7 to 7:30PM

It should be a good turn out, with all types of rotary vehicles there.

Hope to meet a few new RX-8 owners there.

Hi Rotorheads,

I just talked to Rick Engman and he will be bringing a piece of Rotary History out to American Pie tomorrow night. Rick will be driving his RX-3, rain or shine.

Hope to see some of you RX-8 owners there.

Holly

P.S. Show up whenever you can. Even if you can't stay long, just stop and say hello. I will arrive sometime between 7 and 7:30PM

We had a great turn out last night. I think there were at least 30 people who showed up at American Pie. I met some new people and a ghost (Doug) appeared from the past. Aaron, sorry American Pie would let your friends (under21) in. I had no idea they wouldn’t be able to get in to eat. If we chose American Pie again, I will be sure to put a warning for under 21. Let me see if I can remember who all showed up.

1. Me – Red 3rd gen
2. Kristy - 90 Vert (drove the getter)
3. Jeremy – white 3rd gen
4. Mike & Christine – Black 3rd gen
5. Aaron w /3 friends– owns Winning blue RX-8 (drove the Spitfire with a rotary)
6. David G. – 1st gen turbo in pieces (drove the B)
7. Deanna – 1st gen
8. Carey – Red 1st gen
9. Rick E. – Red RX-3
10. Enzo – Red Rotorus (Lotus with a rotary)
11. Paul T. – owns multiple generations (rode with Rick)
12. Troy – owns multiple generations (drove the silver 8)
13. Corey – 2nd gen
14. Clayton – owns multiple generatons (drove the 929)
15. Lewis – Winning Blue RX-8
16. Adrian – Montego Blue 3rd gen
17. Adam – White 2nd gen
18. Brian M. – Black T2 (drove the Acura)
19. Torry – Nissan man
20. Brian - owns multiple generations (drove the 10th Anny)
21. Rettana – wants to own a rotary
22. Charlie – 2nd gen
23. Scott – turbo 1st gen
24. Crit – Gray 1st gen
25. Doug U. (the ghost) white 3rd gen
26. Warren –sold the 400hp 3rd gen (drove a 350Z)
27. John – has his 2nd gen in storage in FL
28. Kevon – 2nd gen
29. Tim (not Benton) – Black 3rd gen

I know I probably have forgotten someone. I had a great time, the last of us were there until almost midnight. We had 3 unique rotaries out there. Rick with his RX-3, Enzo with his Rotorus, and Aaron with his Rotary Spitfire. Thanks guys for bringing those out. And driving the furtherest, was Brian from Extreme North GA .. like over 80 miles one way. Welcome to all the new Rotorheads in the Atlanta area. Thanks to everyone who came out. Those that didn’t make it out, hope to see you the next time.

Let’s do this again soon.

Holly
