But what about hard water spots, is there a Zaino product for to remove them on a Titanium?

Otherwise take a look at one of the 3m products, they have some excellent products for removing paint blemishes.

As for wax, no doubt about it, ZAINO!

Just keep in mind that no matter what product you use, if your technique stinks then your results will too. Take your time, nothing good is done quickly. Use high quality towels, and make sure they are clean. Good luck and if you have any questions feel free to PM me.

First I would try the Claybar:

That should get rid of any residues on the car. Most of the time stubborn water spots just stay on because you are not really using a very effective soap, or are washing your car in full sunlight, or waiting too long to dry.

I cannot stress the above enough!

Now if the water spots have been on there for a LONG while, they may have etched themselves(well, the acid rain deposits in the water spots) into your paint job "highly unlikely" for a car this young. You will know, because they will not come off with claybar and dawn wash.

In that case I would try the Z-PC product mentioned (an abrasive). But try to avoid using abrasive polishes unless absolutely necessary! They basically sand down your clearcoat! Which is good to remove very stubborn marks, but bad if you do it regularly
