Totally, would love to see the video. I was thinking of trying these setups-

roof in the middle, with it pitched down a bit so you can see the hood of the car a bit

side where you see it on the pictures there, slanted downward so it's very similar to the front of the car

fitting it into the grill like the elise has on the picture on the box (if we can? Didn't look at this fully yet)

Something looking at at the front wheels, just for fun, to see them spin and all that

Thats all I can think of, but I think those would be cool to see.

I've used this angle a few times with my camera, and I've found it to be the most useful out of any others that I've used. Except that it gives me a ton of wind noise, I think this angle is perfect for seeing how I ran. It really allows me to see the course well, in addition to giving a sense of where the car is relative to the cones.

You can see the camera pretty well in this shot:

Here's a video shot from the roof

As a comparison, here's one shot from in-car

As a warning, I did manage to drop my camera off of my roof once, though it was a wet and snowy day. It fell right on the decklid at the very end of a run so it wasn't really a problem.

Nice pics trust, Stance coilovers feel good for you on the track there? I know it was a huge difference on Autocross this year. Every instructor said they loved throwing my car around. I'm running 8 clicks all around and feels actually really nice.

Kenneth, that angle does look great actually, looking at the video. I'll have to give that a shot with a different angle next time and I'll post vids. Thanks for the tip!

^The roof angle does show the course very nicely, but it makes the car look a little funny because of the wide 170 degree lense. Here's the last video I took with it.

Awesome pics, but honestly, the more I see the MS kit, the more I dislike it. To me, it takes away from our sleek look and makes the car more bulky. At least, thats my take on it.

LOL Have you seen my car? I'm a old school plain jane kind of guy. Failside is no thanks. The only kit I really like...REALLY like.. (as in plan to get at some point)..Is the Knight Sports Ver 2. But that's when I have a daily driver and this car is pretty much just a track car. :D
