Hoosier R3S04s - opinions for track & AutoX use?

Just got a line on a set of stickered Hoosier R3S04s, 245/40/18. Looking for opinions from anyone who's used them for track or AutoX. They had these for an Audi they sold last year so they're just taking up room in their garage.

I'd like to be able to use them for a few events this year and likely 2 or 3 HPDE track days and at least a few autox. Probably going to get them regardless since they fit my stock rims, I'm getting new rims with new tires for normal driving, and it's way too good of a deal to pass up. But I would love to get some opinions on 'em.

i could never get my RX-8 to work well with those tires autocrossing but as
long as they are cheap and you don't expect too much, go for it.

Sticker or not, those tires are probably at least three years old. It would have to be a very good deal to entice me to buy them.

autox use would not be optimum, but OK in really hot weather and they'll last much longer the the A compound, they'd be good for HPDE use
