Headed to the 2009 January Grand-Am test days at Daytona? Stop by and say hello

If you're attending the Grand-Am Test days this weekend, stop on by. The Test days are low key and it's a really great time to talk to fellow rotor head, mazda fans and RX8 people.

Happy Rotoring,

Eric

Have a great time. I predict a 2:10.5 and hope you do better.

Be safe and good luck.

My wife and I had to fly into Daytona a couple weeks ago. I had no idea you could see the track from your plane while taxiing.

If I was still in FL (we just left) I would definitely stop by. Good luck.

Best of luck to the team. I'm not fortunate enough to make it down there but I will try to make 3 or 4 races this season.

Thanks. After a year of testing we are figuring things out. Bosch--yes. Call me if you want any details. $$$, $.........$$$$ (you get the idea I'm sure).

Thanks Tom. For any of you watching this thread---Tom runs The Parts Group. Tom is probably the best guy in the States right now seeking out low cost RX8's at auto auctions all over the USA, having them sent to his shop in Alabama and then reselling them or parting them out. He probably has any used RX8 parts you might need. He is a racer and has a Koni Sports Car Challenge Car he is building too.

It's nice to see more racers joining the boards. Hey Eric, are you planning on making it to Lime Rock for the race Memorial weekend? That's usually the only time us North East fans get to see a race.

You bet. Two cars. I think Marlon is planning a huge Mazda blowout get together. Last year he had the track allow mazda's do parade laps.

Also, I have worked a deal with Grand-Am corporate to throw a big ordeal for all Mazda owners that come to a dedicated mazda corral. Marlon will be the point man on this. More info to come.

Good deal! I'll be there. I was there last year and it was a great time. Marlon sure knows how to put things together.
