Ice Racing
Has anyone here tried it before? I found a somewhat local club that has ice racing a few times each winter, and was curious to try it.
Im sure the 8 isnt exactly the best car for it, but it sounded pretty interesting
If anyone has, let me know if there are any tips or advice I should know!
Here is the site I found:

I haven't done any ice racing yet, but I've done rallycross and TSD rally in lots of snow and ice and will be doing some ice runs with the Saginaw Valley Region SCCA in a couple weeks. The best advice I can give you is to have good tires. Aside from that, you'll probably learn pretty quickly what works and what doesn't work.
Another member here, CnnmnSchnpps(?) has done actual wheel to wheel ice racing with his RX-8. He seems to enjoy it, and I think he may have disconnected his sway bars for some better traction.

Astral and I tried it last year. It's a lot of fun. As Kenneth was saying, best advice is to have good tires. I was running all-seasons that time and driving was very tricky, but you do learn how to handle the car smoothly. This year I'll try it again with winter tires. Let us know how it goes!

Thanks for the responses!
I checked out some of the threads on it started by CnnmnSchnpps, it looks pretty cool, although I think I'd want to avoid the wheel to wheel since I have little to no racing experience.
Ill be sure to post something once I am able to go try it out
