Blackwatch Tire Bags

I am deciding on whether to buy the small or large Blackwatch bags. I might be using 245 Kuhmos, 275 or 285 Hoosiers. I am confident the Kuhmos will fit the smaller bag but how about the Hoosiers?

The 245 fits perfect, but I doubt you will get anything bigger in there.

With every generation BWR made the bags a tiny bit bigger, about a 1/2", so if you have the early one they can be tight. I had the 2nd gen bags, if my 245s were hot I could barely get them in. Now I have the 3rd gen bags and they fit great. Other nice thing on the later bags is the grommet that allows you to secure the tires, in the bags, on a tire rack.

3rd gen, large bags here...no regrets. I think the larger size just gives more options and didn't even consider the smaller ones.
