Lucky you man. Here in Ohio the tracks all closed down for the season two weeks ago. I never even got to make it once with my workmans comp case and all. Now I have the bottle installed and my few bolt-ons on the car and I am dying to try out my 1/4 mile and get some number, but wont make it til April.
I know what everyone says about the 8 and straight line performance but I think it has a lot more potential than people give it credit for. I know what I want my car to do on the track and I think I have a solid recipe to get it there. Come this spring, I'll definitely be making some contributions to this thread.

^yeah its nice to have good weather all year around.......and what matters is you are enjoying your car!
This reminded me of an old local and my inspiration for turbo. 13.1 @ 107MPH. oh and the old junky step side towards the middle had a home made rear mount turbo setup
Pump it up. For all that Renesis **** talking I expect mid 12's at least. My Turbo Civic ran high 12's, on street tires.
Car has more in it.
Again not try to break anything

No two step, just launch at 4k and slip the clutch.

First timer at the drags. Botched the first run as I went into 5th instead of 3rd. Car was playing up and when I got home I saw the ESS covered in oil and it was causing multiple misfires and cels.
I did manage 5 runs on a detuned car. Goes back to the garage for a retune shortly after I sort out all the minor issues.
