Hey I might be interested. Would you go any lower on the price though? I am in Rocky mount, NC. And am in raleigh pretty much every weekend. Also, will you be willing to help me install them on mine when you take them off of your 8. Let me know. Right now I am looking at Tein S techs which I can get for about 160 + free shipping. So unless I can get these for like maybe $110. I will get the new ones. Let me know.

I'm not gonna lie...install is kind of a pita...its not crazy hard, it can just be frustrating. Not really something I want to take up my weekend...but, please continue reading, I may have an acceptable solution for us both.
Took me about 4-5 hours the first time I did this. Once you remove the entire strut assembly there is still a lot of work. A lot of the time is consumed with compressing the struts to remove the shock. The shock then has to be installed in the new springs, so the old spring has to be released and then the new one compressed, then install the old shock. Lastly, the whole assembly has to be installed back onto the car. That is done 4 times and is time consuming.
If you were willing, I could remove all 4 struts (springs and shocks) and switch them out for all four of your OEM springs and struts. I'll even give you my OEM springs as well. This would save us a lot of time with compressing springs and switching stuff out that is not necessary.
Cliffnotes version:
You pay me $110
You get my complete strut assembly for all 4 wheels (OEM shocks and Tanabe springs)
You also get my OEM springs, unmounted...that way you can always return to stock if you wanted to.
In return I get your complete OEM strut assembly for all four wheels (OEM shocks and OEM springs)
This will prevent us/me from having to to a lot of tedious work of compressing the springs and speed up the overall process by A LOT!
Oh yeah...you also need to have/bring/provide at least 2 jack stands. I have a low-profile jack and 2 stands, but if we are working on two cars, we will need an additional set of stands. Last thing is you will buy some beer to cover the installation
Let me know...I'll PM you my phone # if you want to discuss further.
Otherwise, I'll probably just remove the Tanabe springs and switch back to my OEM springs.

I think I might just buy the springs from you as I have a buddy who is willing to let me use his shop todo the suspension work. Before I decide to buy them can you post some pics of your current setup? My only concern is with the drop in the rear. I have 18x8 with +25mm offset, and I am not sure if the aggressive lowering with these springs will cause rubbing. So send me the pics and we can go from there. And thanks for the offer about helping me out with the swap. If you want I can help you get the springs off and install your OEM ones over a weekend.

Swapping strut assemblys is a hell of a deal.
It's not that bad if you've ever taken a strut out before/ lowered a car. If your doing it on jack stands, yeah that sucks. There is some tricks in the DIY that helped me - like standing on the rear hub while your buddy slides the strut on and bolts it up.
Good springs, I love them!
