It's the newer ceramic cat. It did have the davesport but I had problems with it and Charles at Bhr intalled the newer ceramic one for me, hence the new cat not having a polished finish. It has about 1000 miles on it (including the cat).

Well, if this thing is still available at the end of this month, i would like to take off your hands depending in the amount my bonus will be. What kind of problems were you having w/the davesport cat? I take it the new cat offered by BHR is far superior than DS cat?

Yes, the new ceramic cat is way more superior and holds up to the intense heat of the rotary. The Davesport didn't give me problems, it just glowed Red/orange, and I didn't feel comfortable with it as this is usually the signs of a bad cat.

Just out of curiosity...any issues with a CEL? Also, how would you describe the difference in noise level that it makes? I'm really considering this in place of an RB dual resonated mid pipe.

No issues with a CEL at all, thats one of the reasons why I initially got this pipe. The sound level is awesome. When inside the car, it doesn't drone at all and 'growls' when you get on it. When cruising, its a nice even growling sound.
It does not in any way rasp, drone, or sound like a Honda. It's sound is unique and if you're like me who has had a agency power and RP dual resonated pipe, nothing compares to the BHR.

No idea if it shoots flames - never checked. The second o2 bung can be used for aftermarket gauges to measure exhaust temp etc. I don't use it, and have a bung plug in it to seal it off. This will all come included.
