sorry to hear, rotary.enthusiast, glanced over that thread and I hate that! If you rev over like 8500 you got to keep it at shortish spurts. the water pump doesnt flow as good reving that high it will cavitate, so just remember that and deffinetly dont turn the engine off when hot, just cruise smoothly and allow to cool down and flow.

haha, I have had rotories in my blood for almost 15 years! Damn Im getting old! rebuilt, ported, tuned, raced and ofcourse worked on, Im a big first gen guy and have the scars to prove it hahah! Got my 83 street port 12a with a holley 600cfm in my back yard, just waiting on me to get some time and a master cylinder to get her running, its been too long
before I street ported it, I had the holley tuned to run 9.5 sec in the 8th mile on a stock port.
