That is definitely THE game to buy on xbox for us RX8 owners. The E3 build received good press, looks like they are on track to deliver a great car simulator. And with the online component we can show the rest of the world what a rotary engine can do.
Project Gotham2 was disappointing with respect to the RX8 handling and power curve, let's hope Forza gets it right.

Yeah the 8 is pretty weak in PGR2, but I like the one in Sega GT Online, I got mine all modded out in that game and it took me pretty far in the single player game.

it is because of the little sprites :D ( geek joke ) inside the xbox cleaning the car each time you reboot the game.

I'm just hoping Forza Motorsport will be as good as (or even better than) PGR2....that is still my favourite game.

anyone else notice how bright the future is for 8 owners videogame wise? there's GT4, this game, Need for Speed underground 2 etc. It's going to be an awesome Christmas this year!

I'm looking forward to Street Racing Syndicate, it's coming out the end of this month. It's got the RX8 in it also.

I played it at E3, it was OK. I think Forza or GT4 will be more interesting with all the customizations you'll be able to do.

Got a copy, played a couple of hours, unlocked RX8 maxed it out with all the options. Got a turbo type 2 with intercooler type 2, get something like 494hp. A monster, unfortunately just a virtual one.
I don't like the engine sound, sounds weird.
I wish they are body customization options, hopefully GT4 or Forza will have those.

I'd say RX8 is making a good impression in magazins and video games, it is well placed to become a classic like the RX7.
The body is like no other sports car.
Everyday I think how lucky I am to have one.
