I had a '91 Plymouth Laser RS Turbo that had gloss black BBS rims with a chrome trim ring on an electric blue paint that rocked, but I don't like the black look on the yellow paint either.

Irrespective of any of the foregoing posts the most (IMHO) important items so far have been the pic's of the '8's
EAST MOON, thanks for all the shots from your meet, to my mind they provide the best indication yet of the 'live' colours.
The yellow is a cracking colour and in your market I think the black alloys are a bold and individual move.
here in bonnie scotland, i think that the stock 18's will be quite bold enough for my taste, only, having seen these pics i'm terrified that the car is going to look better in the nordic green than the black i've spec'd.
can't believe I've handed over money for a car i haven't seen in the flesh, and in a colour I'm now having doubt's about.
If you happen to come across a black one in your travels i for one would be desperate to see the outcome.

I've got to say I immensely respect EAST MOON's road less traveled. It looks like he's going for a very understated black and yellow contrast which looks really classy in my opinion.
I've chosen to hit most of the polished accents with the yellow. I think the look will hang together consistently, but I'm a little concerned that it will wind up looking trashy or cheap.
A couple of those shots show a really great wedge line from front to rear and I'm also worried about the arch spoiler screwing that up. I guess we'll see.
Final comment from a guy behind a telephone dial up, I don't mind pulling down the shots when most of the pic is car or cars instead of 80% blue sky. Some cropping would make some shots on this thread much less offensive.

Man, after seeing these pics, I have a serious problem trying to choose which colour I want. BTW they are not as good as East Moon's pics but it does show how the colours look beside each other.

Thanks for the pic. I don't care about the AP, but I do like the chrome by the exhaust. Is that included in the AP?

But your car does look sweet!
