the past 3 times I've been on that road (all at night), I've been chased out of that open gate pic (leads to haunted schoolhouse), drove behind a lunatic drunk guy in an old school caddy with the trunk going up and down, and the last time.. i do not remember. i remember 3 specific events though.
Anyways, yes, its quite a fun road.. Although short, the scenery going over that mountain gets me everytime. first time seeing it in the day. Oh and the last road you're dumped onto after going over the hill, Bernal Road.. easily set a new high speed record there
My next road: Hicks Road. Should I do it? or no?

out of curiousity.. which is preferred.. pics? or video?
I can do video on my real camera (not an actual camcorder), videos in the day come out pretty damn good.. I'd just have to get to work on making a mount in the passenger seat for it

i may not go during the rain though. bad experience during rain in december, in this car.. at 5 mph.. a lot of those little pre-pinecone things, and just rolling over it made me nearly slide into the guard rail

no, this would be better as a loner sort of thing, not a meet, unless, i crashed down the side where that spoiler and tires and bed were.. so then someone would know where i died.. then your wish would be granted i guess phrenetik idk who'd want to have sex down there though
And it is a beautiful road. Its funny how that quickly changes to "scary" at night
I just wish there wasnt so many clouds.. oh well, maybe next time after cloud & rain season go away

I used that bit of road to get to school every morning at Evergreen Valley, chill road compared to the others we have around here. Nice pictures btw. I like the Metcalf portion. Heres an old shot of mines.

but that BS is new since i went there last time in December or so. I tried looking them up, but the only thing I could find was a thread on honda-tech forums saying to watch out for them and they're a bunch of thieves or something, then some ppl saying they were in it and that they arent thieves blah blah blah

oooooh yeah I know where that is now. Thats the easy part lol. I'm surprised you had enough time to get out and take a pic right there.. idk what times the semis roll out and in over there. quite a few leaving when i went by.
But I never ever fool around when going over the mountain in those last few pics.

However that looks like a nice relaxing road to drive and your car is nice. Is it bumblebee's poorer brother?

Not trying to pinpoint here, but San Jose area is mostly the taco's area. The Oakland area is mostly the chicken eaters, and the San Francisco area is mostly the chopstick area. Flips are spread around the area.
Been living there since 82, i should know what's up. Just moved here in Vegas in 04.
