Yeah, the roads in Cape Town (City) are IMHO the best in South Africa. Lots of long twisties with the sea and mountain on either side of the road.

Tx. That's just the right headlamp reflecting the flash. Brand new 8's cost R350k. That's around $50k at our current exchange rate. What does it cost in the US? (I think our consumers are ripped off by the car industry here)

Nice pics, nice friends, and whoa, that's a hefty price on an 8. A fully loaded brand new 8 can be had for just over $30,000 here. Would it cost you less than than extra $20,000 you paid there to have one shipped from here??

but high import tarrifs make it almost impossible (also there's the RHD issue). A Ferarri 430 Modena for example costs $400k here!!! I think its around $100k in the US (hope I'm not mistaken).

Wow dude, as much as I love my car that's a lotta cash for an 8. I do agree with you though on the manufactures trying to constantly rip their customers. A new 8 here, MSRP is probably @ $35K. I'm pretty sure it could be had for less than that though. A used 04 one goes for less than $20K. Keep the pics coming
Will keep the pics coming. Caught urs as well. Sweet rides.
