Close, it was moddled of this pic. I believe the owner was located in the Middle East and saw that pic on this site and thought it was a legitimate intake so he replicated it and also made it worse at the same time. Singe tub to house the MAF which sat directly infront of a PVC Y-pipe then connecting two air filter.
Undeniably the worst I have ever seen, but more so he misinterpreted a sarcastic post and did no research to it. Monkey see Monkey do!

Im all for custom work, when done right of course.. but that **** looks absolutely horrible. Looks like a hot air magnet. He must called it the twin intake. They suck sequentially.

also heres mine.. whatever, it looks just like every other NA renny. I want to get the UIM plated like nemesis above..
old pic, and dont mind the electric tape.. my maf gasket was broken and needed a quick fix on the side of the road.
