I can't figure how it installs by looking at the pic. There are Three exhaust ports on the Renesis.

i think that it is not for rx7 or rx8.

nhk is right. If you could somehow manage to install that header onto an RX-7 or RX-8, the lower part that connects to the rest of the exhaust would be 4-5 inches in the ground. :D
