it has to do with how bright HIDs are. and if there is dirt on the lens, it causes the light to refract and cause undue amounts of glare for oncoming drivers.

in the usa, we just dont care about other people. so we dont have them.

Yes, in Canada you must have headlight washers if you have HID lights.

I can't wait to see how the petition to your government would be worded...

We the undersigned want headlight washers to be mandatory so we can remove them as a modification...
